“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” To us, another year has also been given. Since our first post in January of 2013, it has been nearly 8 years and as we know, there are a lot changes in 8 years. Micalyn will be finishing her last semester at Calvin University. Esther started at UMD after a gap year in Ecuador. Andrean will graduate from high school in May. Jenna is a sophomore in high school and baby Lewis is wrapping up his last few months at middle school. The photos attached show the kids about 8 years ago and another that was done this summer (shout out to Fagan Studios).
